This website, https://advisers.homes, is operated by Real Advisers (“Real Advisers”, “we”, “us”), a real estate agent registered with the Telangana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (TG RERA Agent Registration No. available on request), with its office at Hyderabad, Telangana.
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the “DPDP Act”) and the rules made under it, we are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described in this policy. This policy also reflects our obligations under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it.
2. Scope
This policy applies to personal data we collect through this website and when you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, email or in person, or respond to our advertisements.

- How you reached us, such as the referring website or advertising campaign (for example UTM parameters)

Information from others
We may receive your details from property developers, from advertising platforms when you submit a lead form on them (for example on Facebook, Instagram or Google), or from people who refer you to us.

- To match your requirements with suitable properties, including with AI-assisted tools (see section 6)
- To arrange site visits and share your interest with the developers of projects you want to explore
- To help with home loans, documentation and registration when you ask us to

- To improve our website and services, including through analytics
- To keep our website and services secure and prevent fraud
- To comply with the law, including RERA, tax and record-keeping obligations, and lawful requests from authorities
5. Consent
We process your personal data with your consent, which you give when you submit a form or contact us, or where the law otherwise allows (for example where you have voluntarily provided data for a specific purpose, or to comply with a legal obligation). You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to our Contact page. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out, but we may no longer be able to assist you with your property search.
6. AI-assisted processing
To find suitable options faster, we use automated tools, including AI services, to analyse the requirements you share and compare them with available properties. Our advisers review these recommendations before they are shared with you. We do not make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you solely by automated means. We share with such tools only the information needed for this purpose.
7. Who we share your data with
- Property developers of the projects you are interested in, to arrange site visits, share offers and process bookings
- Banks, housing finance companies and professionals such as advocates, when you ask for help with a loan or documentation
- Service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting, email, messaging (for example WhatsApp), customer-relationship tools, analytics and AI services. They may use your data only to provide their services to us
- Authorities, when required by law or to protect our legal rights
- A successor business, if our business is reorganised, merged or sold
We do not sell your personal data.
8. Transfers outside India
Some of our service providers may store or process data outside India. We transfer personal data outside India only as permitted under the DPDP Act and any restrictions notified by the Government of India.
9. How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last interaction with you, after which they are deleted, unless a longer period is required by law or for an ongoing transaction. Records related to completed transactions may be kept for as long as tax and other laws require.
10. How we protect your data
We use reasonable security safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and limiting access to staff who need it. If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and affected individuals as required by law.
11. Your rights
Subject to the DPDP Act, you have the right to:
- Obtain a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we process it
- Have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected, completed or updated
- Have your personal data erased when it is no longer needed
- Withdraw your consent
- Have your grievances addressed
- Nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity
To exercise any of these rights, contact our Grievance Officer (section 15). We will respond within the time limits set by law. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
12. Calls, WhatsApp and messages
When you submit an enquiry, you agree that we may contact you by call, WhatsApp, SMS or email about your enquiry, even if your number is registered on the National Do Not Call (DND) registry. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying “STOP” or by writing to our Contact page.
13. Children
Our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If you believe a child has shared personal data with us, please contact us and we will delete it.
