About our service
What does Real Advisers do?
Real Advisers is a Hyderabad-based real estate channel partner and property advisory firm. We help home buyers and investors find, compare and buy RERA-registered apartments, villas, plots and commercial spaces, using AI-assisted search and guidance from experienced advisers.
How does your AI help me find a property?
You share your budget, preferred locations, configuration, possession timeline and must-haves. Our AI compares these with a large inventory of projects and ranks the closest matches. An adviser then reviews the results and sends you a shortlist with clear pros and cons.
Who are your services for?
First-time buyers, families upgrading their home, NRIs buying in Hyderabad and investors looking for residential or commercial property.
Do you work with only a few developers?
As a channel partner we work with many developers across Hyderabad. Our job is to recommend what fits you best, and we are always open about the projects we represent.
Which areas of Hyderabad do you cover?
We cover Hyderabad and its growth corridors, including the western IT corridor (Gachibowli, Kokapet, Financial District, Narsingi, Tellapur and Kollur), the north (Kompally, Bachupally and Miyapur) and emerging areas along the Outer Ring Road.

RERA and legal

Yes. We recommend projects registered with the Telangana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (TG RERA) and share the registration number so you can verify the details on the official TG RERA website.
How can I verify a project’s RERA registration?
Search for the project by name, developer or registration number on the official TG RERA website and check the registration number, approved plans, developer details and proposed completion date. Our step-by-step RERA guide explains each check.
Is Real Advisers registered with TG RERA?

The Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 gives buyers important protections, including:

- A developer cannot take more than 10% of the cost as an advance before signing a registered agreement for sale
- 70% of buyers’ payments must be kept in a separate account for that project’s construction and land costs
- Buyers can claim interest or compensation if possession is delayed
- The developer must fix structural defects reported within five years of possession
