We act as a channel partner and facilitator. We are not the developer, promoter or seller of the properties we discuss. Any agreement to buy a property is between you and the developer or seller.
2. Our services
We provide property advisory services, AI-assisted search and shortlisting, site-visit coordination, negotiation support and coordination with lenders and other professionals. The scope of our help depends on your requirements and on the developers and projects involved.
3. Information on this website
- Content on this website is for general information and does not constitute an offer, invitation to offer or contract of any kind.
- Project information, including prices, availability, specifications, amenities, images, floor plans and possession dates, is provided by developers or taken from public sources such as TG RERA. It may change without notice.
- Images and visuals may be artistic impressions and not actual representations.
- Please verify all details with the developer, in the agreement for sale and on the official TG RERA website before you make any decision or payment.
4. AI-assisted recommendations
Some recommendations are generated with the help of automated tools, including artificial intelligence, and reviewed by our advisers. They are for information only, may contain errors or omissions, and are not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Decisions about any purchase are yours to make.
5. Fees and commissions
As a channel partner, we may receive fees or commission from developers for transactions we facilitate. If we charge you directly for any service, we will agree the fee with you in writing beforehand.
6. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Use this website only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, copy content at scale or send spam or malicious code.
- Make payments for any property only to the developer’s or seller’s official bank account as stated in the cost sheet or agreement, never to an individual’s personal account.
7. Communications
By submitting an enquiry, you agree that we may contact you by call, WhatsApp, SMS or email about it, even if your number is registered on the National Do Not Call (DND) registry. You can opt out at any time.
8. Intellectual property
The content, design and logo on this website belong to us or our licensors. Developer names, logos and project images belong to their respective owners. You may view and print pages for personal use, but you may not copy, reproduce or republish our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Links to other websites, such as developer or government portals, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Services provided by developers, lenders and other third parties are governed by their own terms.

To the extent permitted by law, this website and its content are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our services, or for the acts or omissions of developers, lenders or other third parties, including delays in construction or possession, changes in specifications or pricing, and quality of construction. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees, if any, that you paid us directly in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
